CUSTARD PUDDING


Ingredients:


1 litre Milk
4 tablespoons Custard powder
6-7 tablespoons Sugar
2-3 drops Lime Juice (optional)
Nuts and Fruits (your favourites)


Method:


Mix 4 tablespoons of custard powder with a little milk taken from the 1 litre milk to form a paste. Boil the remaining milk and then add 6-7 tablespoons of sugar (as required). Add the custard paste slowly to the boiling milk stirring continuously for 2 – 3 minutes. Remove from the heat. Now add 2 – 3 drops of lime juice to it. Let it cool. Add your favourite fruits and nuts.
